I want to gather everyones thoughts on improving rental property. I bought a property in march and I live in one unit and rent out the other. I plan on moving out and buying another property next year. What should I do to improve the property to make it more attractive and is this even recommended ? How will this help my bottom line? What kind of projects are cheap and easy but have good impact.
