Looking for Real Estate Agents in Greater Cleveland Area

Hi everyone,

I'm an investor looking to connect with experienced real estate agents in the Greater Cleveland area who can help me find properties for long-term rentals. I'm particularly interested in the following neighborhoods:

• Euclid
• South Euclid
• Willowick
• Garfield Heights
• Old Brooklyn
• Parma

That said, I’m always open to any good opportunities outside of these neighborhoods as well! I'm specifically searching for an agent who:

• Has experience working with foreign investors (I’m not based in the US).
• Has been involved in buy-and-hold projects with investors multiple times.
• Can provide an approximate rehab cost by looking at pictures and is familiar with rehabs.
• Is willing to visit properties physically (I won’t ask you to check out too many).
• Has connections with wholesalers (a plus but not a dealbreaker).
