Driving For Dollars Techniques
I'm adjusting my strategy in my market since things are changing now. Just trying to figure out whats the best way to drive to find vacant properties. Now that the snow is pretty much melted, its tough to tell what houses are vacant and what houses are occupied. Any advice investors have will be greatly appreciated as I am trying to expand in my market!

@Patrick Martinez had some great advice. Another thing that can help is drive the neighborhood on garbage days. If they don't have their garbage out and the house is rundown/newspapers everywhere/lawn hasn't been mowed etc you probably have a vacant property.
