Stashing Reserves, CAPEX, etc

Hi! I'm curious how you all store savings for things like reserves, CAPEX, etc. Our property has cash flow and according to the many bigger pockets podcasts I've listened to you shouldn't just pocket all cash flow but set aside a percentage to cover reserves, CAPEX, vacancies etc. I just want to make sure we are dividing out the cash flow we can spend versus the cash flow we should save. I hope I make sense haha
