Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH)

Greetings all,

I'm still a relatively new investor but looking to diversify my investing strategies. I already have one traditional LTR with a traditionally-qualified tenant. Next, I'll be pivoting into subsidized housing investment and collecting rent $ from the government as i truly do believe this is a way to boost CoC return percentages in today's market. I'm looking specifically for folks with experience in cities where military and veterans are densly populated. However, all responses are welcomed and appreciated

My questions are: Does anyone have experience as a VASH landlord? What has been your experience? How does it compare to traditional LTR from your perspective? What do you like the most and what do you like the least about VASH?

Thanks in advance,
Rashad
