Don’t buy expensive courses when you can learn everything for free on YouTube. There’s a lot of valuable information out there without spending thousands of dollars. I personally read 2 books about wholesaling that cost me under $100, which gave me a solid foundation. On top of that, I watched Zach and Rick’s videos, which are great resources and completely free. It’s all about putting in the effort to learn and apply the strategies.
