Best Canadian Markets 2024 For Cashflow

Conor Kelly
Posted

Hey everyone!

I'm a realtor in Abbotsford BC. I'm looking to pickup some multifamily real estate but the barrier to entry is crazy in my local market. I'm looking elsewhere to add to my portfolio.

I know Alberta is hot at the moment but it worries me as I feel as though i would be going with the flow. I would be buying into a sellers market in almost any Albertan city.

Alberta also worries me as it is known to be super volatile for short periods of time and then sit dormant for up to a decade.

I've invested in Windsor ontario in the past and saw great success but prices are substantially higher than they were back then. Are there any other markets out there where i can pickup some great multifamily at lower prices?

Thanks guys!
