Can't specify # of bedrooms on ListSource?

I've been using ListSource to create a direct mail/cold calling list but for some reason when I try to target homes with a specific number of bedrooms it gives me zero results... I can put in all the criteria I want and it will narrow down my results as it should - but as soon as I specify # of bedrooms it drops down to zero. Has anyone else run into this issue?
