Lead Exposure Allegation
In one of my properties, a tenant is alleging a child tested for lead exposure. The property was tested today. It appears this might be excluded from insurance coverage, and I am trying to look through disclosures and contracts about lead issues. Obviously I am not aware of any lead issues, which was in the lease and acknowledged by the tenant.
My question is, what are my options? Im feeling a little anxious over it all.
