Pricing on roofing work in Kentucky/Southern Indiana

I was wondering what other Kentucky investors are paying for roofing work:  shingles, roll, TPO, etc?  We are looking to expand our roofing division this summer and I’m trying to develop a competitive pricing plan. 

It seems most of the bigger roofing companies make all their money on insurance jobs charging $400-$500 a square which would be ridiculous for an investor to pay.
