What is the definition of "unoccupied home" in insurance terms

left home for an international trip from Jan 28 to Feb 18. Come back to a house full of water. Policy has exclusion for vacant and unoccupied home. Mine is def. not vacant by definition. But for unoccupied home, anyone can come up some thoughts. Thanks
