Hello BP family,

I'm looking for a Mentor here in the Charlotte, NC area.

Someone who has been investing for a long time through the good and bad cycles, has lots of experience and has been very successful. Someone who is looking to "pay it forward" and help an ambitious newbie like myself. I'm looking for a mentor that is very honest, open, genuine, and will not steal any possible deals, that will not hold back info and is willing to share their resources, contacts, wisdom, etc. I have no problem sharing profits at a reasonable split based on successful outcomes.

Frankly, I do not have time to join REIA or network. I am a mother of 4 who works full time and then comes homes to work another nonstop job. My time is very limited and valuable. I just spent 3hrs going over algebra homework. I need to get out of this rat race now! Hence the need for a mentor to get the ball rolling. I cant read any more posts, I do not want to reinvent the wheel. I need to obtain my goal of enough passive income via rental properties so I can dedicate more time to the people that mean the most.

Anyone out there ready, willing and able? Please send me a private message to further discuss.

Thanks

I love the Pay it Forward sentiment...I know you said you can't read any more posts, but this one from LinkedIn is seriously worth the read: http://www.linkedin.com/today/post/article/20131101150259-658789-pay-it-forward-give-and-ye-shall-receive
