Tenant looking for lender in Iowa
Im currently airbnbing my home in Denver, the tenant that is staying here is originally from Iowa... he bought a home for 200k ish and mentioned the ARV is around 900k. He has been doing some repairs on the home out of pocket.. I planted the idea of a rehab loan or heloc to help him with the repairs. He said he would be interested in speaking with a mortgage banker or broker to see his options.
