Is anyone making investment decisions based on climate change? I spoke with an environmental scientist and she had many recommendations with real estate investing due to climate change effects. Would love to hear your opinions.

Please just click on the magnifying glass in the upper corner. This is literally asked monthly if not weekly.

TLDR: Think about what the super smart/rich/powerful are doing. They’re buying oceanfront on both coasts.  Think about the last 70 years. Are people migrating south or north? Do people dream of retiring in Florida, Hawaii or Minnesota?

When the rich start moving to South Dakota and property prices there exceed oceanfront you’ll know climate change is affecting prices.

The national government, the state government, and most importantly the local government will affect your investment 1000x more than climate change in the next 100 years.
