Suburbs of Buffalo and surrounding towns

Hi there,

New investor to Buffalo and I’m looking at the neighborhoods in town. It seems like there’s growth in the suburbs and towns nearby as well. Has anyone had success in these areas?


Looking at smaller towns like Lockport. While I’m guessing they have higher vacancy, they seem to be growing.
