Have a Question on Fees

Thanks for welcoming aboard.
I do have a question, sounds kind of silly but I'm stumped. I am getting really good response from agents and private owners about my lead referrals. I threw a couple of ads out and the response has caught me by surprise. My problem is I don't know what to charge.
All my leads come with complete info. Have been interviewed by me, credit checked and I'm working on a kind of prequal so the landlord/investor will have a sense of whether or not the person is a good candidate for getting a loan in 12 months to purchase the property. I'm not going to put all that work in for a few dollars. However I want to be fair with the people.
I welcome any and all advice.

Thank you
