Probate Property in Snellville GA

I am executor of my mom's estate. I have a SFH that is in Snellville (Good School District). I have alot of experience with investment property more on mult-family dwellings in the mid-west. I am thinking of buying out my siblings. With the high property tax and about 10k of work needed on the home. Trying to figure out if this is worth an investment. My husband and I are needing for go write offs.
