Houston Land and Property Deal

Hello Guys,

I have a Deal in Houston i am selling. Land is about 8k and house is a 3 bed 4 bath house sitting on 5,200 sqft Lot. 

ARV for both of these would be around 600K with development. Asking for 325k for both.
