Have some extra cash and want to try crowdfunding
Anyone have experience with crowdfunding platforms such as fundrise or CARDONE capital?
I have a good chunk of extra cash that I’m looking to invest into real estate but not looking to buy a full property on my own.
curious what some opinions are on these or similar platforms mentioned above or any other ways I can invest into the industry without going and buying a property myself.

You have cash. There is no such thing as “extra” cash. My point is that if you treat the money you have that you don’t need to survive as some sort of surplus we tend to make riskier investments as if that cash is somehow different. Best of luck in your investing.
