US Treasury Dept - CWS Marketing Real Estate Auctions.... is CWS legit?

I'm extremely interested in bidding on a property owned (Seized Property) by the US Treasury Department. I've been trying over a week to actually speak with someone in authority via US Treasury Dept - US Attorney General - FIC - BBB - US Secret Service - and numerous other places just to truly validate that CWS Marketing Group is a legitimate company that manages seized property for the US Treasury Dept. Trying to procure any intel from our US Government is a debacle for sure!  Just to bid on a property you have to pay a substantial fee ( $20,000 in my case) has to be paid to CWS via a cashiers check and per the CWS Terms of Sales if you are not the winning bidder your cashiers check will be returned within 5 days close of auction where it can be canceled. The site itself is actually linked to the US Treasury Dept which is really the only connection that gives me peace of mind. Has anyone in this forum either purchased a property via CWS or know of someone that did? Here is a link to the upcoming auctions this month. https://www.treasury.gov/auctions/treasury/rp/realprop.shtml  As you can see that page is affiliated to the US Treasury site but when you click on one of the homes it takes you another splash page with more detailed info. If you than click on "Auction Details- 2 Step Verification" link it takes you out of the US Treasury site and onto CWS Marketing who appears to be the asset managers for the US Treasury Dept. Just trying to do my due diligence and not fall prey to so many scams happening and lose hard earned money. Any info about CWS Marketing Inc legitimacy would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
