Cheat Sheet For "How To Know What Kind Of Area You Are Investing In"
As an agent for in state & out of state investors the #1 question I get is "What do you know about the area". In the last few weeks I have provided this "cheat sheet" many times to my investors & I wanted to share it with the whole BP community.

This website gives every neighborhood a LIVABILITY score. The highest rating area in the Fort Worth area is Keller & comes in at an 83 & the Dallas area is Main Street District coming in at a 86.
Here is my rating & classification for each score. Again this is my opinion based on my knowledge of the areas:
80 and above A+
78/79 A
76/77 A-
74/75 B+
72/73 B
70/71 B-
68/69 C+
66/67 C
64/65 C-
60/63 D
59 and below F
This website works for any city and state!
