Artificial intelligence use cases for investing

Hilary Barr
Posted

Hi everyone,

I'm new to real estate investing and am wondering how to apply my tech background to make smarter investments. For example, imagine thousands of Loopnet listings could be analyzed and the data turned into an Excel in one second.

Your input would be appreciated to understand how artificial intelligence could be useful for investors:

1. What tasks do you spend the most time on in your investments? How much time does it take and what steps have you taken to reduce the time?

2. What is your process like for collecting and analyzing data on potential and existing investments?

3. What areas of your investing activities do you feel would benefit the most from more automation or better data analytics?

Many thanks for your time!

-Hilary
