I'm currently a licensed barber. My background/I've worked in maintenance, schooled at and worked with the steamfitters local 602. Worked union government  jobs with local 602. I've done side work, real estate rehabs, renovations, light electrical, lots of plumbing, ran lots of copper pipe, some carpentry. Different certificates in maintenance and construction. Three out of the four CFC certs., N.I.U.L.P.E. 3rd class engineers license for over twenty years that I recently didn't renew because I haven't worked in the field for many years. I've seen and done a lot in commercial and real estate. Also did home inspection.
