monthly HOA went up 45%!!!!

I have a rental condo in houston. Just got the new coupon book for monthly hoa begging jan 1. Dues went up 45%!!  Due to insurance cost, inflation, and other items. This is such a backbreaker as I will barely squeeze any positive cashflow a month. Any repair request would just kill it. Any other landlords in the city expecting the same outrageous increase? I really hope my current tenant takes me up on suggestion to buy it from me soon.
