2024 is upon us. What does it mean to RE and Interest rates?
They say that during an election year, the administration in power will do everything they can (if they can) to 'encourage' the FED to lower those rates. And historically this is accurate (sometimes).
So do you see this happening in this next 9 months? Where do you see interest rates, let's say, in March 2024? Or July?
I'd be curious to see what others think? I am kinda waiting to buy rental(s) until I see some movement.
I spoke with a big Lender recently and he thinks 4-5% by spring. I am just too cynical right now.....
