searching for legal documents to use in kentucky for real estate investments

Hi,

I'm new here and looking for a few forms that are legally binding in the state of Kentucky. I'm also new to real estate investing - guess I should mention that too.

I'm looking for the following Kentucky-approved forms, should anyone be willing to share from their library, I would be very appreciative:

Letter of Intention
General Release
Seller's Acknowledgements
Lease Agreement with Option to Purchase Real Estate
Option to Purchase Real Estate Agreement
Notice of Real Estate Option Agreement
Standard Purchase and Sales Agreement
Real Property Possession and Lease Agreement
Real Estate Purchase Option Agreement
Assignment Agreement
Lease Rider

Thanks in advance.

Tim
