Networking for out of state - Nashville TN!

Hello Folks,

Me and my wife will be travelling to Nashville from Dec 2 - Dec 15 and would love to meet some property managers and contractors in the area! We are on trip to vet some markets for out of state investing. Also, if anyone has any suggestions for meetups do hit me up!
