UBS yesterday released their prediction that the economy will enter a mild recession, unemployment will increase by 1% and this will cause the FED to move quickly around March 2024 to cut rates to prop up the economy.

In Utah, our inventory has remained low and because of rates, the builders are building less...shocker.

At the same time in Utah, we just had a report come out that says we need to build 27,800 housing units per year for the next 20-30 years to keep up with our growing population, I don't think we will ever hit that target with our current practices.

What will home prices do nationally over the next decade?
