I want you to critique my business - We want to improve in all ways possible.
Hello All,
I would like you to look over the framework of our business and see where we need to improve. This post is being made as we feel as if we could be obtaining MORE and “BETTER” leads. We have recently rebranded due to life circumstances and want to make sure we’re moving forward with the best foot in front of us. OUR MAIN GOAL IS TO SCALE WITHIN OUR MARKET IN THE MOST COST-EFFECTIVE WAYS POSSIBLE.

Our main goal is to "cherry-pick" deals. We are more into the BRRRR method than anything. If we come across a seller that has a house that doesn't fit our buy-box, we wholesale it. Additionally, if the spread makes sense, we'll flip it.
We have lots of moving parts going on and we are going to go over total expenses to see where we need to decrease and increase in areas but also want your feedback.
Here are some of our assumptions as to why we aren't seeing the influx of leads that we want:
- Branding needs to be better
- But how do we do so?
- Money needs to be used in better places
- But where?

Bandit Signs $1,000/every 3 months
Google Ads $50/day
Dial Pro $300/week
CRM $150/month
Propstream $100/month
(Also using propstream for skip tracing and direct mail)
Facebook Ads $50/day
