moved to NY should I sell my house and re-invest in this market

I have moved to NYC 2 months ago. I need some recomendations what should I do in this market.

I have a new luxury townhouse in St petersburg FL 4 floors/ 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms garage. ( purched 3 years ago for 550K, now - 800K) paid off. ( no mortage)

I am renting in NY for 4K.

I have not rentedthe townhouse yet. ( I can get 4K- 4.3max for it)

Should I rent? or sell it and re-invest in NYC? and somehwere else ( Buffalo market looks pretty good)

Thank you Victoria

Thank you. What do you think will the market go down? with 8 % rates? but on another side low inventory... it is very hard to navigate. I just do not want to loose all the equity in the house
