Protocol for removing personal items from flip property

I’m located in Florida. I’m under contract to buy a property I will be flipping. There are many personal belongings left behind. Inside the home and outside the home.

My question is since it’s an “as is” purchase, do I have the right to immediately begin removal of all personal property from the home upon closing?

This particular deal is owned by someone that just went to prison and his attorney is selling the house on the convicts behalf.

But I would also like to know (for future deals) if it’s the same rule for all as is transactions… Or is it different if it’s a rental tenants belongings, or what if some of the belongings belong to the homeowner/seller but some of them belong to an acquaintance? I could see how there could be an issue there.

Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
