Investing here for the first time and would appreciate any insights.

Hello everyone.

My name is Oren Dadon and I am an investor from Israel. 

After making several investments in Israel, I am looking to open to the market in the United States.

After a research I've done I'm interested in investing in Indianapolis.

I am looking for a 3 bedroom house, no less than 1000 sqft. And the Investment amount range is between 90K - 120K. 

This is an initial investment, and I am interested in purchasing at least 3 more properties in the coming year, assuming the model proves itself. I would be happy to receive your help and of course your experience in choosing a good and worthwhile area/neighborhood where the quality of life is good and without crime and with good tenants. Hello Oren! It is great that you have several investments. Having an investment in Indianapolis would be fantastic as well. But hear this out, Cleveland, OH is a cash-cow for out-of-state investors. I personally own a ton of properties in the Cleveland market. If you are looking for a ton of cash-flow, then Cleveland is the way to go.
