2024 Fair Market Rents (FMRs) up +15% in some markets

We primarily invest in MA and NH from Worcester county all the way east to Portsmouth/Dover area. We're building our 2024 plans and base many of our decisions off of the published HUD FMRs for many reasons. We're seeing some markets up +15% in 2024 which is very welcomed news. If you want to check your market just Google "HUD Fair Market Rents" and let us know what you find.
