Question about "Restrictive Use Covenant"
Hello BP, I was researching properties in my market the other day and came across A unfamiliar term when reading the description of a duplex. The listing agent stated that this property had a "Restrictive Use Convenant" and in order to acquire said property you would first need Board approval. Has anyone out their heard of this term, or give me an idea of what this means ?
