I’ve been a licensed agent in Texas for 16 years and I own a few rental properties. I’m presently immersed myself in researching the land flipping/investing side of the business. I’m looking to connect with a seasoned land flipper/investor to ask some questions about their experiences and state of this business model. My goal is to gain insights into their experiences and delve deeper into the intricacies of this business. It's worth noting that my research has exposed me to numerous courses and self-proclaimed experts, which has left me exercising caution and discernment. I feel like I’ve come across more educators and courses in this area than any other in RE. I would greatly appreciate some insight.
