How To Utilize Large Storage Space

Hello!

We recently acquired a property that was converted into 5 one-bedroom units. The property also includes a "unit" on on the lower level/basement, which has coin operated laundry, and then a door which leads to a very large storage space. This area is only open to the current tenants.

The storage area just seems like such wasted space. Our current plan is to offer it the tenants, on a first come-first serve basis. They could put a padlock on the door, and utilize the entire area for storage, for an extra $100/month. (It already is locked with a key, but since other tenants would be in the area to utilize the laundry, we think adding an additional padlock option may be appealing.

Curious if anyone here as any other ideas or suggestions!
