First Commercial Deal in New York

Hi Everyone,

I am doing my first commercial deal and would love some tips on things to request and review. This is in NY.  I am obviously requesting rent roll, expenses, leases, if any, rent deposits, what else?

Anyone have experience on eviction process in NY, if tenants do not vacate after notice.
