Hey BP, I'm looking to invest in Savannah Georgia for my next property. The multifam there looks attractive and I've always heard great things about Savannah. Could someone give me insight on this market? How competitive is the airbnb here? What neighborhoods should I avoid? What neighborhoods are recommended to invest? Thanks.
