I have been sidelined for a couple years now to be in the position to financially pursue my RE investing goals. FINALLY I am ready to go see small multifamily homes for myself and not just for clients as a realtor. My first goal is to find a value add small multi-family home in my local area to househack. The next goal is to do a flip.
