The "Great Renovation"

I recently stumbled across a pretty interesting heat map put out by John Burns Consulting regarding the areas with a large number of homes in their prime remodel age (20-39 years old) that are likely targets for what I've heard called the "The Great Renovation.".

Curious if the BP network has been thinking about this / developing strategies to address this opportunity. Would love to hear any stories or strategies.
