Short term rental, where to start?

I own about 15 acre property, and have a pretty good idea of what I'd like to do with it.. I have a business plan already. However, besides getting additional funding, anyone have any advise on a good way to go about making this happen in terms of resources and where I can find them on things to consider? Note: this would be located internationally. Thanks in advance.
