Searching for Deals
My partner and I are developing a plan to be executed within the month of October to find deals in our local area.
By the end of October we would like to generate 150 leads by driving/walking and calling homeowners to inquire about their interest in selling.
Does anyone have advice/tips on this? Considering getting a CRM (recommendations?), business cards (how necessary?), what should I be looking for in properties to be considered a “lead”, etc.
