Tax question for a fellow Canadian who has US rentals

Hello,
I am looking for any thoughts on how to structure my US rental business. 

I am a Canadian citizen and my wife is a US citizen.  We are both residents of Canada.

I have a rental in Florida and in the process of getting one in Oklahoma.  

Thanks for any thoughts!
