Creative Finance Successes and Lessons Learned

Hey all!

Was wanting to hear from anyone who would like to share any success stories, or complications and how you solved them, or what you learned from it, in regard to creative financing. It can be any deal you funded with creative financing, including but not limited to:

Using HELOC as down payment and refinancing later to pay it off (Pretty much a HELOC into a BRRRR)

BRRRR

Lease Options/Wraps

Subject to's

Seller Financing

If you have anything you'd like to share, I would love to see some ways others have done it and been successful, or what they learned when facing hardships. Thanks!
