Newbie Investor, let's talk about the areas

I am new to this area and would love to get educated on some of the areas I should start out with. I have dabbled in reselling lots, but looking to expand to SFR, and eventually 2-4 unit properties. Any conversations would be greatly appreciated. I didn't know about this forum, but what a great way to communicate with like minded people.
