Active Investors in St. Johns Newfoundland?

Howdy, I'll be visiting a friend in St. John's, Newfoundland this weekend and was hoping to take any local investors out on Sunday morning for breakfast to learn more about the market. If you'll be in the area and want to talk shop please let me know.

I'm interested in potentially moving East, I currently live with my parents in a small town in Ontario. Affording a home here is really difficult and St. John's looks gorgeous plus has opportunities.

I'd like to better understand what areas have worked well for you and what potential land mines a new investor may step on.

Cheers,

Rydge
