Guidance on building my team. (CPA, Legal, PM)
Without getting too emotional, I've recently lost my mother. I've literally gone from 1 rental of my own to inheriting 8, overnight. She had chaos as her management system. I have to go through and organize better. The thing is that these properties are in PR, and I am in NYC. Some are section 8, and some are not. To say the least, im a bit overwhelmed. Any tips and tricks are welcomed.
