Is it worth investing there

Hello BP. It's been a while since I post. I recently became aware of an area in Pennsylvania. Johnstown PA. I notice that the price points are low. Is there any reason for this?  What have been your experiences in investing there. Thanks in advance

We invest in mortgage notes and had an asset there

It’s a tough place - prices are screaming low for a reason. There is zero appreciation, low population, low rent growth. I would not recommend investing there unless you lived there and could self manage etc

We had to have sump pump fixed and there was no one with 20

Minutes to come take care of it….
