Wholesale friendly Title Companies

Has anyone found a reputable title companies in Macon ga, that’s wholesale friendly? I only want the end buyer to know the assignment fee, do I have to double close?

I am not from that area but some title companies do a blind hud where the seller and buyer see different huds and the buyer will see the fee but not the seller so when calling title companies ask them if they can do a blind hud.
