Looking to build a team in Ocala, FL

Hi BP community,

I am an out of state investor from Washington looking to build a team around Central Florida, specifically Ocala. I have found a few properties I am interested in possibly investing as long term rentals.

My investment horizon is buy and hold, and I have about $200,000 available for investments. If anyone knows any referrals to real estate agents and property managers in the area they have worked with and would recommend, I would love to get connected with them!
